Licence not found*

Please note: this could only arise while using the Signsoft intelliBO Professional Edition.

Exception:

The call of a Signsoft intelliBO class fails with the following exception:

com.signsoft.ibo.exception.IBOJDOFatalUserException: [IBO#9104]: License not found or not valid:: 
Add correct intelliBO license file to the classpath of your application

Signsoft intelliBO cannot find a valid licence file in the CLASSPATH .

Solution:

If you have not a valid licence, please request a licence key on the Signsoft intelliBO website and generate a licence file license.xml as described in chapter "Licensing". This file then resides in directory /lib . Include this directory in your CLASSPATH .

If you already have a valid licence file, please check, if it resides in a directory known by the CLASSPATH and if necessary make it reachable through the CLASSPATH .
